Beach Events, Parties, and Small Gatherings

Having an event at one of San Diego’s beautiful beaches? How exciting! Whether you’re having a family reunion, birthday party, wedding rehearsal or anything in between we got you covered with what you need to have an extraordinary time at the beach.

Beach Rules and Regulations:

Before you plan your beach event there are a few things to consider:

Check your preferred beach location website to know the rules and regulations.

Large events over 50 people will require a permit on all beaches but many beaches and parks have a smaller limit such as 25 or less.

  1. To obtain a permit visit the beach website for further information. 
  2. The permit process can be lengthy, timely, confusing, and costly. 
  3. Plan on obtaining a permit at least 60 days in advance.
  4. Beach 2 You can set up and tear down for you with a permit at any beach or park.

Our curbside delivery option makes the process easy and affordable. Talk to a Beach 2 You representative for more information.

This is the easiest way to party in SD without going through the permitting process. Just grab and go! 

Our umbrellas and canopies are easy to set up but keep in mind it will require two or more people to set up a canopy. 

We will deliver and pick up all items so you don't have to lug them in your car before or after your party.

 Delivery and pick up hours: 9 AM - 9 PM 

We charge a $25 delivery fee which includes drop off and pick up

Done For You

Beach 2 You staff will set up and tear down your party for an additional cost. 

  • A permit may be required for your gathering. 
  • We will NOT set up if stairs are present at your desired beach location. 
  • Setups are for events only and require a 10-person minimum.
  • We do not coordinate food or work with other outside vendors for your event.
  • We do not have or use special decor, you must bring your own. However, we can provide tablecloths.
Set up hours: 9 AM - 3 PM  (hours may be adjusted in the summer to accommodate busy season)
Tear-down hours: Before sunset

Booking 30 days in advance is recommended, but please call to check to see if we have any openings or availability for your desired beach day.

Set up and tear down price ranges and begin at $150 for all events.
